The Dynamics 365 for Talent application can be deployed together as a fully functioning suite, or can be deployed in components as bundles. By taking a bundled approach to deployment, SAGlobal customers are able to prioritise which functions are required for their business needs, and go through a phased implementation for rapid deployement.

The minimum requirement for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent implementations is the Talent Foundation functionality pack. Some other functionality packs also require a predecessor prior to implementation, as shown in the diagram below.

Additional Features

Not all features of Talent can be delivered within a bundle. These features vary widely between organisations and geographies, and have a high level of complexity. In order to deliver these features, SAGlobal will first complete a one day discovery workshop (per feature set) to conduct a high level fit/gap analysis and accurately estimate service requirements. The following features are delivered in this way.

Third Party Integrations

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent does allow for integration with other elements of the client’s HRIS landscape. Examples include payroll providers and applicant tracking systems.

Advanced
analytics

Advancedanalytics
Custom analytics and reports not delivered through either embedded Power BI content packs or standard reporting options. SAGlobal can provide advanced analytics capabilities as needed, however this is categorised as added functionality.

Pricing

There are three license types available to users deploying Talent.

Customers purchasing Talent as a standalone solution should be aware that additional licenses will need to be purchased in order to:

  • Change or add to the standard embedded PowerBI visuals
  • Use PowerApps or Flow to supplement features

Neither of the above changes or additions are within the scope of the rapid deployment approach.
