Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent Rapid Implementation Approach

The Dynamics 365 for Talent application can be deployed together as a fully functioning suite or can be deployed in components. SAGlobal recommends a ‘rapid implementation’ model for Dynamics 365 for Talent, where features are grouped into ‘bundles’ that can be quickly deployed to accelerate the time to value, minimize costs, and lower risk.

Beyond the configuration and deployment of these capabilities, a core component of SAGlobal’s deployment methodology is to provide deep knowledge transfer which will empower your HR team to further configure and adapt the solution as your business needs change.

How it works

SAGlobal will provide a pre-defined solution for features contained in bundles based on recommended best practice. This is then adjusted during a template based design and modelling workshop to arrive at a final, client specific, design, before key user training takes place. Key user training will allow the client to configure additional setup to meet requirements if needed.

Simultaneous deployment of bundles will be described as a ‘phase’. Subsequent pack deployments will be additional phases. Each phase will require further services to support readiness, planning and roll out.

Additional features are available within the Talent solution, however due to the range of configuration options available in these areas, these are not available as part of a functionality pack. SAGlobal will complete a discovery session prior to providing services estimates for deployment of this functionality, to establish detailed requirements that satisfy the client’s business processes and local legislative demands.
